PRIVACY

Privacy & Cookie Policy

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Crypto Stats collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, create an account, or use Crypto Stats products and features.

Information We Collect

The information we process depends on how you use Crypto Stats and may include:

  • Account information, such as your email address, name, authentication information, and account preferences.
  • Product data that you choose to provide, create, import, or share when using Crypto Stats products.
  • Preferences and information related to services or accounts you choose to connect.
  • Technical and security information necessary to operate and protect the service.
  • Usage and analytics information when analytics is enabled.

Product Data

When you use Crypto Stats products, we process information that you choose to provide, create, import, or share within those products. This may include financial records, portfolio information, preferences, settings, and information shared with other participants where collaborative features are available.

The specific information processed depends on the products and features you use.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate Crypto Stats and its features.
  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
  • Provide integrations and connected features requested by users.
  • Send account, security, and other service-related communications.
  • Remember preferences and privacy choices.
  • Protect Crypto Stats against misuse and security threats.
  • Diagnose technical problems and maintain the service.
  • Understand and improve how Crypto Stats is used when analytics is permitted.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Authentication and Connected Services

Crypto Stats may allow you to authenticate or connect your account using third-party services such as Google. When you choose to use such a service, we process only the information necessary to authenticate you, link the connection, or provide the feature you requested.

Connecting one service does not give Crypto Stats access to unrelated services or information from that provider.

Some Crypto Stats products may also offer optional integrations, such as Telegram. These integrations are activated only when you choose to connect or use them.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Crypto Stats uses cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the website and applications.

We currently distinguish between two categories:

  • Necessary — required for features such as authentication, sessions, security, preferences, and remembering your privacy choices. These technologies cannot be disabled where they are required for the service to function.
  • Analytics — optional technologies that help us understand how Crypto Stats is used and improve the service.

Crypto Stats does not currently use cookies for advertising, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled, Crypto Stats uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors and users interact with the website and applications.

Analytics may include information such as pages viewed, interactions with features, general browser or device information, and similar usage information.

We do not intentionally send information such as your email address, account name, financial records, expense descriptions, or other content you enter into Crypto Stats as custom analytics event data.

When analytics is disabled, our analytics tracking is not loaded and custom analytics events are not sent.

Analytics Consent and Regional Settings

Analytics behavior may differ depending on your location in order to respect applicable privacy requirements.

In regions where prior consent is required, analytics remains disabled until you choose to allow it. In other regions, analytics may be enabled by default where permitted.

We may use your IP address to determine your approximate country so that we can apply the appropriate analytics consent settings. This determination is performed locally and the IP address is not retained for this purpose.

If your location cannot be determined reliably, Crypto Stats applies the more privacy-protective setting and asks for your choice before enabling analytics.

Any privacy preference you explicitly choose takes priority over the initial regional setting.

Managing Cookie Preferences

Where analytics preferences are available, you can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences.

Disabling Analytics prevents analytics from being loaded on future page views. Enabling Analytics allows the analytics technologies described in this policy to operate.

Necessary technologies required for Crypto Stats to function cannot be disabled through these preferences.

Third-Party Services

Crypto Stats uses selected third-party service providers where necessary to operate particular features. These may include:

  • Google for optional authentication.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager when analytics is enabled.
  • Telegram when you choose to connect or use an available Telegram integration.
  • Infrastructure and email providers used to host, secure, and operate Crypto Stats and deliver service-related communications.

Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not enable an optional product integration merely because you have allowed analytics.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Crypto Stats, maintain security and integrity, comply with applicable legal obligations, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Information associated with an account or product may be deleted through the available deletion workflows. Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical integrity, backups, or legal obligations.

International Data Transfers

Some of the service providers used by Crypto Stats may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required by applicable law, we use or rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

You may also withdraw or change your analytics preference where consent controls are available.

Crypto Stats does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Some account-related privacy actions, including updating profile information and deleting your account, are available directly through Account Center.

Security

Crypto Stats uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include access controls, secure authentication, encrypted transport in production, and other operational safeguards.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy when Crypto Stats changes, when we introduce new products or service providers, or when applicable privacy requirements change.

The current version of this policy is identified by its effective or modification date in the page metadata.

For account-related privacy requests, you can use the available controls in Account Center.

For other privacy questions or requests, you can contact Crypto Stats using the official contact information provided on the website or in service communications. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary financial information in your request.
